Rattlesnake Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

We mix the fettuccine pasta with juicy wood-fired chicken, fresh produce including red and green bell peppers, red onion, fresh garlic, and our delectable sauce. The alfredo sauce stays simple and consists of heavy cream and parmesan. The zingy flavor lies in our southwest cajun seasoning and a splash of freshly squeezed lime juice.

Preparation

We start our Rattlesnake Pasta by cooking our noodles to have them ready to go. We then season up and send our fresh chicken through our wood-fired ovens and thinly slice them up once cooked to perfection. We chop up our nutritious veggies to mix in. Assemble the creamy sauce over the stove and combine all the ingredients, including some extra cajun seasoning, to create our flavorful dish. To properly finish our pasta, we garnish it with some chopped cilantro and finely grated mozzarella.
