Tuna stack is a popular appetizer dish that’s both simple and impressive. Most home preparations are made with canned tuna, but at J. Alexander’s, we use premium, chopped Ahi tuna. We also make our tuna stack with fresh crab salad and avocado, served with Sriracha and unagi sauce. It’s the perfect umami and fresh seafood bite, all on a crisp tortilla chip.
Our tuna stack is prepared with avocado, Sriracha, and house-made unagi sauce and served with tortilla chips. All of our seafood, including the Ahi tuna and crab salad, is fresh and never frozen. We source our Ahi tuna from the Marshall Islands, South Pacific, flying it in fresh twice a week to every location. Ask your server or call your local J. Alexander’s to ask where our other ingredients are sourced from, as this can vary from time of year and location.
